Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
What this covers
This policy explains how Midhun Jose (https://www.midhun.in) handles personal data. This is a personal portfolio and professional site — it has no user accounts, no e-commerce, and no database of visitor records.
What information is collected
The only personal data this site collects is what you voluntarily submit through the contact form: your name, email address, and the content of your message. Nothing is collected automatically — this site does not currently use cookies, analytics, or visitor-tracking scripts of any kind. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
How it’s used and processed
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry. Submissions are processed through Web3Forms, a third-party form-relay service, which delivers your message directly to the site owner’s email inbox. This site does not store submissions in a database, sell or share your information with any other third party, or use it for marketing or mailing lists.
Data retention
Submitted messages are retained only in the site owner’s personal email inbox, for as long as reasonably needed to respond to and keep a record of the inquiry.
Your rights
If you are located in the UK, EU, or India, you have rights under applicable data protection law (including UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act) to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data you’ve submitted. To exercise these rights, use the contact form and state your request.
External links
This site links to external sites such as LinkedIn. Once you leave midhun.in, that site’s own privacy policy applies — this policy covers midhun.in only.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time, particularly if analytics or additional tools are added to the site in the future. Check back periodically for changes.
