I’m Midhun Jose, a web developer & front-end specialist with roughly 12 years of hands-on experience building, designing, customizing, maintaining, and troubleshooting web-based products.
My background spans front-end development, WordPress and Shopify development, PHP & MySQL, UI implementation, e-commerce customization, technical SEO and analytics (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads), third-party integrations, and server/deployment troubleshooting. That range means I’m equally comfortable shaping an interface, making sure it’s found, and fixing the infrastructure behind it.
Most of my experience is practical rather than academic — real client sites, production bugs, database issues, plugin conflicts, and performance problems. A lot of the value I bring comes from being able to open an unfamiliar system, understand how it works, find the source of a problem, and fix it without rebuilding everything from scratch.
More recently, I’ve been applying that same practical approach to modern application development — React, TypeScript, and Next.js — building real interfaces in real codebases. The working style stays the same: understand the system, then build.
Twelve years of continuous, not abandoned, growth.

Foundation: Web Design & Front-End
Started as a UX/UI designer converting PSD designs into HTML/CSS, then gradually moved into front-end and WordPress theme development — the origin of a design-first instinct that's stayed ever since.
Platform Expertise: WordPress & Shopify
Built deep, hands-on experience with WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce, and Shopify Liquid across dozens of production sites for international clients.
Production Experience: E-commerce, PHP/MySQL, Performance
Took on full-lifecycle ownership — including a WooCommerce → Shopify re-platform — plus database work, third-party integrations, and Core Web Vitals optimization for a European product company.
Complex Systems: Multi-Brand Delivery & Infrastructure
Now owns parallel WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify builds for multiple independent brands — including hosting, DNS, SSL, and deployment — plus investigative work on more complex existing systems.
Modern Development: React, TypeScript & Next.js
Actively expanding into React, TypeScript, and Next.js — applying the same practical, production-minded approach to modern application development.

Before changing anything, understand the existing system, the actual problem, and what shouldn't be touched.
Design
Plan the interface, structure, or solution — with attention to typography, spacing, and hierarchy from the start.
Build
Implement using the technology the problem actually calls for, not the newest option available.
Debug
Investigate issues with real evidence — logs, code, database records, screenshots — not guesswork.
Improve
Refine for performance, usability, and maintainability once it works, not just until it works.
